Histological diagnosis:
(Right supraclavicle) Metastatic poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma was found in fibrous adipose tissue,Combined with immunohistochemical staining, it was suggested that it originated from the lung.
Immunohistochemistry:
CK7(+),TTF-1(+,),NapsinA(+),CK5/6(+),P63(-),P40（-),CK20(-),CDX2(-),ALK(-),PD-L1(+60%, SP263).
Gross examination findings:
The gray yellow mass of right supraclavicle was excised,with volume 0f 2.5* 1.5* 1cm. The section is gray white and medium in quality.
