(lower lobe of right lung) lung adenocarcinoma, papillary type (90%), acinar type (10%), another satellite tumor about 0.5cm in size, without clear vascular invasion, pulmonary capsule and bronchus without cancer involvement.2. No cancer tissue is found in bronchial stump;3、No metastasis was found in (group 2 / 4 / 7 / 10 / 11 lymph nodes (0/1,0 / 2,0 / 3,0 / 1,0 / 1) .
